A little about us....

Trading for 10 years - a well established network.
Gas & Go was founded by Steve Brown and Clive Marks - leading the way in LPG conversions and supplies in this area. Steve has worked for various motor companies throughout his career and in many locations including Toyota in South Africa, giving him a very broad knowledge in the trade. In 2008, Steve was joined by his brother Doug Brown, who now heads up our workshop. Doug is a leading Lexus and Toyota trained technician. He has been in the trade for 31 years, 24 of those specifically with Lexus and Toyota. After being trained by the Lexus Academy, Doug gained his Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA) and has worked as the Workshop Foreman for the main Toyota and Lexus dealers in Swindon. His skills and knowledge have also taken him overseas to work on projects in Australia for a number of years with Toyota. Steve's son David Brown came into the business in 2010, and after obtaining his ADR licence he now assists with the running of the bottled gas section of the business. He also delivers both propane and butane supplies to our customers.

Gas & Go started as a company primarily specialising in LPG Conversions and Diesel engineering. We are registered members of the LPGA and have carried out many conversations over the years and have supplied LPG to thousands of satisfied customers. We have always had a well equipped workshop with a wealth of experience, and as a result Gas & Go have always offered vehicle servicing and repairs as well. Stephen's out of work interests in engineering and the motor industry have also led to him carrying out work on various track cars / bikes in the past, including engineering custom nitrous systems for drag machines! Now, with Doug joining the team in 2008 from lexus UK, it was only natural that we move our servicing in a more specialised direction with Lexus and Toyota, and this is the area we are now focusing on. Our existing portfolio of services will still remain, but we are now offering a more focused service for Lexus and Toyota owners, giving them an alternative choice to their main dealer.
